TopInternetDomainNames, (TIDN) actively markets quality Internet domain names for sale through the TIDN web site, auctions, email advertising, newsgroups and direct contact with companies or individuals who have an interest in purchasing names. By listing your name with us, you are agreeing to an exclusive one-year listing with TIDN and will not list your name for sale on any other domain name site. Upon listing, the names will remain active for a period of one year, or until they are sold, or until there is mutual agreement by the name owner and TIDN to end the marketing process. If after one year you still want to market the name, you can renew your listing again. Any bids received by TIDN must be in writing and will be
communicated to the seller within 48 hours for your consideration. If the bid is
accepted by the seller, TIDN will inform the buyer and end the bidding on the domain.
Payment from the buyer will be held by TIDN, or an escrow company, until the official
transfer of the name is made. We will assist the seller with the official transfer of the
name. There is no charge through InterNIC for the transfer, however, InterNIC will charge
the buyer a two year registration fee of $70. The fee will be invoiced by InterNIC. All
transactions will be in U.S. dollars. TIDN is not be responsible for any disputes regarding trademark issues or any other issues beyond our control. The seller is responsible for any disputes regarding trademarks, or issues with InterNIC policies and rules. While we are confident that we can draw attention to the sale of your name, we can make no guarantees concerning the sale of any listed name. The sale depends a great deal on the quality of the name itself. We have to be honest with you and say that selling Internet domain names is a very tough business. Many of the domain name prices in the auctions are way out of line. Get rich quick artists believe that they can register a name for $60 or $70 today and sell it for a million dollars tomorrow. That just is not how the system works. The target audience for domains is a very select group. They are looking for specific names that fit the niche they are interested in. We look at the sale of domain names as being somewhat like muskie
fishing. There are a few huge fish out there, but they are very wary and they are
extremely difficult to catch. You have to have just the right bait and just the right
approach. Sometimes a muskie fisherman can go a whole year without a bite, but when one
does hit, he could be a monster. We need to be patient and hope to hit the big one. There
are buyers out there and we believe with a professional presentation and good names,
success will follow. If you want to list your name in our Top Name Showcase, fill the form below. If you would like to list your names in our listing service, click here. To receive the TopInternetDomainNames newsletter, please fill out this form. Domain names are new
millennium real estate. When they're gone, they're
gone. |
